About Jeremy Haynes

I am a business intelligence and analytics professional based in Bryant, Arkansas, in the Little Rock metropolitan area. For more than 12 years, I have worked on the practical details that make reporting useful: translating questions into measures, organizing data into workable models, validating results and explaining how a dashboard should be used.

As a Senior Analytics Consultant, I supported enterprise and public-sector clients through reporting development, data modernization and platform migration work. Those organizations were consulting clients, not my direct employers.

My earlier career included broadband technical support and Tier 3 network operations, where I worked on complex troubleshooting and network issues. I later transitioned into business intelligence and analytics, eventually moving into BI leadership before returning to senior individual-contributor work. That technical operations background still shapes the way I approach data problems: understand the system, trace the source, test assumptions and document the solution.

How I approach the work

A polished chart cannot compensate for a definition nobody agrees on. I start with the decision a report supports, the available data and the rules behind each metric. I then build, test and document the result so the next person can understand it and maintain it.

Education and credentials

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology. Professional credentials include the IBM Data Engineering Professional Certificate and IBM Data Science credentials.
