Senior Analytics Consultant

Supported enterprise and public-sector clients as a consultant. Work included Power BI development, SQL-backed reporting, semantic models, stakeholder requirements, dashboard validation, technical guidance and data modernization. In separate migration engagements, I worked with Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments and built tooling for repeatable migration tasks.

Business intelligence leadership and development

Before consulting, I held BI individual-contributor and staff management roles. I developed reporting, worked through performance and quality issues, gathered requirements and presented results to business and executive stakeholders. I am currently focused on senior individual-contributor work.

Network and technical operations

My earlier career included broadband technical support and Tier 3 network operations, where I worked on complex troubleshooting and network issues. I later moved into operations leadership before transitioning into business intelligence and analytics. That technical operations background still shapes the way I approach data problems: understand the system, trace the source, test assumptions and document the solution.
